A Spooky Twist On A Matcha Latte

Zombie Matcha Latte

What You Need
- Matcha whisk (or handheld milk frother)
- 2 grams ceremonial matcha powder
- 3 oz hot water
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup milk (or dairy alternative of choice)
- 1 tsp strawberry puree
- Whipped cream
Instructions
1. In a glass, drizzle in some strawberry puree or syrup.
2. Add in ice cubes filling the glass halfway, then pour milk over the ice filling the glass about 3/4 the way. Set aside.
3. In a small bowl, sift in the matcha powder.
4. Pour in hot water and whisk virgorously in a zigzag motion with a bamboo matcha whisk or milk frother until completely dissolved and foamy on top.
5. Pour the matcha liquid over the milk.
6. Top with whipped cream and another drizzle of strawberry syrup.
7. Serve and enjoy!
