A New Way to Enjoy Matcha
This recipe is blended to creamy perfection and is a great way to switch up your matcha intake. The sweet vanilla ice cream helps balance out the earthiness of matcha - making for a great combination.

No matcha preparation needed! Simply take all your ingredients and toss into a blender - it doesn't get easier than that!
For a Saint Patrick's Day spike - feel free to add a shot of Bailey's Irish Cream before blending.

Matcha Shamrock Shake

What You Need
- Blender
- 1-2 tsp or 1-2 sachet mint matcha powder
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp cup milk
- Whipped cream for topping
- Maraschino cherry for topping (optional)
- 2-4 drops green food coloring (optional)
Directions
STEP 1
Add your ice cream, heavy cream and milk into a blender. If you want your drink to be extra green, you can add green food coloring too.
STEP 2
Add your matcha powder to the blender last so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the blender.
STEP 3
Blend all your ingredients together until smooth and frothy (about 30 seconds).
STEP 4
Pour into glass and top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
STEP 5
Enjoy!
