Directions
Steep 1 tbsp of Belgian Chocolate rooibos tea in 6 oz filtered boiling water for 7 minutes.
In a separate cup, combine 1/4 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp milk and 1 tbsp strawberry puree/syrup and froth using an electric milk frother until thick.
Optional: drizzle the inside of your glass with chocolate syrup.
Add ice into your glass and pour in the cooled tea, filling it about 3/4 the way.
Fill the remainder of your glass with the strawberry cold foam.
Sip and enjoy!
