Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Belgian Chocolate rooibos tea

  • 6oz boiling water

  • Ice cubes

  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 tbsp strawberry puree/syrup

  • Optional: Chocolate syrup for drizzle

  • Optional: Fresh strawberries for garnish

Directions

  1. Steep 1 tbsp of Belgian Chocolate rooibos tea in 6 oz filtered boiling water for 7 minutes.

  2. In a separate cup, combine 1/4 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp milk and 1 tbsp strawberry puree/syrup and froth using an electric milk frother until thick.

  3. Optional: drizzle the inside of your glass with chocolate syrup.

  4. Add ice into your glass and pour in the cooled tea, filling it about 3/4 the way.

  5. Fill the remainder of your glass with the strawberry cold foam.

  6. Sip and enjoy!
