2012 Yunnan Mountain Bing-Cha Pu-erh Ripe
Description
Puer Qi Zi Bing cha is typically popular for a soft and woody flavor. Infused it has a deep burgundy colored liquor and should taste rich, deep and mellow with a thick mouthfeel, dark stonefruit flavors and sweet aftertaste. Later infusions have a deeper dark sweet wood flavor with hints of stewed herbs. High-end tea, stone-pressing and worthy of long-term storage or private collection.
Brewing Suggestions: We recommend 5 grams for 8 ounces of water. This tea can be steeped multiple times, 12-30 seconds in the first infusions, 2-10 minutes for subsequent infusions. Enjoy the subtle variations with each brew.Â
