Gingerbread Cookie

This is my cozy go-to on frosty winter evenings. It’s exceptionally smooth and is the perfect dessert substitute for a time of year when we all eat too much!

I was so excited when I found this tea because gingerbread is one of my favorite flavors. Sadly, this tasted nothing like gingerbread. Just a vague generic rooibos flavor. The tea was also so fine that it went right through my tea diffuser and filled my cup with little pieces of the tea. Made it undrinkable.

This is a nice sweet tea. Perfect for cozying up inside. I’m nog a huge fan of ginger but it is not overpowering in this tea. The creaminess helps tone it down. I think this would be excellent as a latte. Will be buying a bigger bag when it’s back in season.

I thought this tea tasted more like actual Gingerbread rather than a ginger snap cookie. I expected more flavor. A very subtle flavored tea good for only a single steep. I did not add sweetner or cream.

Very pleasantly surprised with how much it resembles Gingerbread cookies! Very smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I've been searching high and low for a rooibos blend without artificial or regular added sugar. It's perfectly sweetened with the candied ginger, pineapple, and maple syrup bits.

The tea is so soothing and naturally caffeine free. I'm buying another to last me until the next winter season!

This tea is good but there is a bit of an odd after taste. I wondered what it could be and upon reading the ingredients I think maybe it’s one of the “natural flavors” that was listed. I will definitely finish the tea but won’t be ordering this one again.

Smooth and very enjoyable evening tea

I was pleasantly surprised. The tea smelled like real gingerbread. The flavor reminded me of the actual gingerbread. The taste was not too strong.

Smells great. The taste is very, very subtle. You can barely taste the gingerbread.

I’m new to The Whistling Kettle and am sampling all the flavors. I really like this one - the taste as well as the aroma. I also love the fact that it’s caffeine free so I can enjoy it anytime. I’ll definitely purchase this flavor again.

It’s such a lovely sweet blend. I always add some oat milk and French vanilla sweetener. It definitely gives the essence of fresh baked gingerbread cookies

I’ve been drinking WK tea for over a decade now and this is my new favorite! It’s absolutely delicious and I really appreciate it being caffeine free. I hope it becomes a year round offering instead of just seasonal so I can get it all the time.

I really enjoyed the great gingerbread flavor of this tea. Bonus that it was caffeine-free & I could have it in the afternoons & evenings.

My husband was asking for a caffeine free gingerbread tea and I found this one. I initially bought a sample because I wasn't sure how strong it would be. Wow, the aroma and flavor are terrific! I will be ordering a larger size soon!

By far one of my favorite teas from Whistling Kettle! The flavor is so cozy and festive! And caffeine free too?! A perfect late night treat!

This is an interesting taste the memories it brings up as the taste lingers. I like it better as a cold drink rather than a hot drink for the ginger settles my stomach but either way I will buy it again

This tea was a lot sweeter and richer than I expected. It's very cookie-like, it's a great dessert tea and it's very aromatic. I wouldn't say it's ginger-heavy, so if you're looking for the soothing and healing properties of ginger, go with an herbal tea. This one is very tasty, though!

I bought a sample size and now that I'm nearly done with that I'm considering buying a full bag!

I was not a fan of this tea and gave it to a friend. It was bland like plain oatmeal.

I did not get the gingerbread flavor in this - it more reminded of those pecan logs with the nougat filling I had as a child. Still very good though!

I love gingerbread, and have since being a kid, and this tea is soooo delicious. Its a nice reminder of childhood gingerbread cookies and my mothers gingerbread cake, only thing missing is the whipped cream (my mother put whipped cream on everything! LOL) Love the cinnamon and fruit flavors melding with the ginger and nuttiness. I got the big 16 ounce package to make sure I was going to hunker down this winter with some great tea from WK!

Original country for me - Russia, where many people like tea. My favorite kinds are herbal teas. I think that this tea will be one of my lovely.

This has the most amazing flavor for a rooibos. Possibly my new most favorite! The cinnamon finishing note is just wonderful. Highly recommend!
