I have been brewing Chaga for years now, realizing it's benefits for my aches and pains but preferring to drink it cold. I decided to try the Comfort Chaga Tea because the ingredients mixed in were much like Chai. This tea IS comforting and I have enjoyed it when stressed or want to relax at the end of the day. I fix it like Chai, with a little oat milk and actually think it helps me to sleep better! Will definitely add to my "reorder list"!
This is a fantastic tea any time of day. I've used it to wind down at the end of the day, and also used it to stay calm in my classroom. The spice blend is nicely balanced. Great flavor.
