What's a Refresher?
According to Starbucks, a refresher is "made with green coffee extract, a natural source of energy, and real fruit juice to create a thirst-quenching, low calorie beverage".Â
Green tea is a great way to get in your caffeine intake. Green tea naturally contains caffeine - a typical cup of green tea falls in the range of 25-45 mg of caffeine per 8oz cup.
In addition to the energy boost it can provide, green tea is one of the healthiest beverages you can drink and is very high in antioxidants. Green tea can be combined with natural or artificial flavors. Natural flavors are derived from fruits, plant, spices and other natural ingredients.

Steep your Golden Starfruit loose-leaf tea (see Steeping Instructions above).
Step 2
Fill your glass 3/4 the way with ice cubes. Then pour in 1-2 tbsp of mango puree.
Step 3
Pour in the Golden Starfruit iced tea concentrate into your glass.
Step 4
Stir iced tea and mango puree until completely combined.
Step 5
Sip and enjoy! To take this drink a step further, you can slice a starfruit and add the slices into your drink.
Notes
Try cold brewing your tea for the strongest flavor! You can cold brew your tea overnight by adding cold, filtered water over your loose-leaf tea instead of hot water and let it sit for 6-24 hours.
Keep in mind that if you add ice to cool down the tea, it will dilute the flavor. Make sure not to add too much ice while the tea is still warm.
For extra aesthetic and flavor, you can slice up a fresh starfruit and add this into your drink. This is optional - especially since there's already dried starfruit in the tea being brewed.
