Watermelon is often considered a quintessential summer food for most summer picnics, barbecues and outdoor gatherings. It can be enjoyed in various forms including sliced or cubed pieces, smoothies, salads, popsicles, and even watermelon-based beverages. Its sweet, juicy flavor provides a refreshing sensation - helping you stay hydrated.

Watermelons are made of mostly water (about 90%). This not only keeps you hydrated, but helps you feel refreshed and cooled down. Watermelons are packed full of essential vitamins and nutrients that also flush out toxins and help keep you hydrated.
Watermelon Lychee
This tea has become one of our new favorites as a summer iced tea quencher. It has a light body but with a very distinctive flavor that makes a great mocktail. Â Drinking over ice, this tea will not disappoint. Fresh, revitalizing and full of antioxidants!
Sparkling Watermelon Lychee Refresher

What You'll Need
- The Conflicted Iced Tea Brewer, or a large pitcher with paper tea bags
- 3 tbsp Watermelon Lychee loose-leaf tea
- Ice cube mold
- 24oz filtered water
- 22oz chilled seltzer water
- 2 cups cubed watermelon pieces
- 1/2 cup simple syrup
- 1-2 limes
- Mint leaves (optional)
Watermelon Ice Cube Instructions
STEP 1
In a blender, add 2 cups of cubed watermelon pieces.
STEP 2
Squeeze in half of a lime and 1/2 cup simple syrup.
STEP 3
Blend at a high speed until thoroughly combined.
STEP 4
Pour mixture into an empty ice cube mold and freeze overnight.
Steeping Instructions
STEP 1
Scoop 4 tbsp of Watermelon Lychee loose-leaf tea into your infuser basket or tea bag.Â
STEP 2
Pour 24oz hot 185 F filtered water over your infuser or tea bag.
STEP 3
Let steep for 3 minutes, then remove the infuser or tea bag.
STEP 4
Top off your pitcher with cold, filtered water or ice cubes.
STEP 5
Let concentrate sit until it reaches room temperature, then chill it.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove your watermelon ice cubes from the mold and add to your glass.
Step 2
Pour over your Watermelon Lychee iced tea concentrate until filled halfway.
Step 3
Top off your drink with chilled seltzer water.
Step 4
Squeeze in the juice of half a lime.
Step 5
Garnish with 2-3 mint leaves and a slice of lime.
